Three ways in

What we actually do

Three services, and they're deliberately in this order. Most people start at the first one and never need to explain a single technical term along the way.

01 Learn AI

Learn how to use AI yourself Free

Most people have only ever used ChatGPT like a search engine — type a question, read the answer, close the tab. There's a lot more in there, and it isn't complicated once someone shows you. Our training walks you through it in order: how to ask AI for what you actually want, how to set up ChatGPT or Claude so it already knows your business before you start typing, and what people mean when they say "AI agent" — software that carries out a job on its own, start to finish, instead of just answering you.

It's free to join, and there's a community of other owners working through the same thing, so you're not doing it alone in a browser tab at 11pm.

02 Phone answering & new leads

An AI that answers your phone, day and night

It picks up every call — including the ones that come in while you're under a sink, on a ladder or asleep — so nobody has to sit by the phone and no caller hears a voicemail beep. It talks like a receptionist: asks what they need, gets their name and number, and answers the questions you get twenty times a week.

  • Screens out spam and robocalls, so your phone only rings for real people
  • Writes the caller's details straight into your contact list, so nothing gets scribbled on a job sheet and lost
  • Books appointments into your calendar while the caller is still on the line
  • Calls a new enquiry back within minutes, so you're the first one they speak to instead of the third
  • Hands the call to you the moment it's something a person should handle
03 Custom automations

We build the specific system your business needs

Some jobs don't fit a standard product. This is where we build the thing that does — and connect it to the software you already use, so it reads from and writes to the same place your team already works. No new system to learn, no copying information from one screen into another.

About 80% of it is a system we've already built and proven. The other 20% is shaped around how your business actually runs. That split is the whole point: you get something reliable on day one, and it still fits your workflow.

Why us

Almost everyone is selling you the same thing

There's a lot of AI for sale right now, and a lot of it is the identical template with a different logo on the invoice — the same script, the same questions, the same limits, whatever business bought it. It demos beautifully. Then it meets how you actually work and starts creating problems instead of removing them.

We do it the other way round. We start from a base we've already built and proven, so it works from day one — then we spend our time on the last 20%: your pricing, your questions, your service area, the way your team hands work to each other. And we connect it to the software you already run on, so it lives inside your business rather than beside it.

if a demo looks identical to five other demos, that's your answer

  • Proven base, custom last mile

You're not our test project, and you're not getting a copy-paste either. The foundation is already working elsewhere; the part that touches your customers is built for you.

  • It plugs into what you already use

Your contact list, your calendar, your accounting software. Nothing gets replaced and nobody has to retype anything from one screen into another.

  • A person is always still in charge

Anything the system isn't sure about goes to a human instead of being guessed at. That's the only way you ever get comfortable letting it run.

  • We'll teach you first if that's what you need

Not everyone should be buying a build yet. The free training exists because the honest answer is sometimes "learn this yourself first, then come back".

  • You own it

The setup, the settings, the accounts and the instructions it runs on are yours. If you ever want to walk away, you take it with you.

Questions

The things people ask before they get in touch

No — it's the situation most people who contact us are in. You don't need to understand how it works any more than you need to understand how your phone network works to make a call. If you'd rather learn a bit first, the training is free and starts from the very beginning. If you'd rather skip that and just have the work handled, that's fine too. Either way nobody is going to talk at you in acronyms.

Fair. A chatbot answers a question and stops. An agent is given a job and carries it out — it can look something up, put information into your calendar or contact list, send a message, and decide it needs to pass something to a person. So "AI receptionist" is a real example: it doesn't just talk to the caller, it saves their details and books the appointment. That's the difference: answering versus doing.

Free to join, and you can stay in it without ever buying anything. It's how we meet people, and plenty of them work through it, build their own setup and never need us for anything else. That's a fine outcome — the ones who do want something built usually come back later and already know what they want, which makes that job much easier.

The comparison isn't a machine versus you — it's a machine versus your voicemail, because that's where those calls go today. Callers get an answer, get their question dealt with and get a time booked, at 9pm, instead of leaving a message and phoning someone else. It also says up front that it's an assistant, and puts a person on the line the moment the call needs one.

No, and we'd push back if you suggested it. Whatever you keep your customers, calendar and invoices in stays exactly where it is — we connect to it, meaning the new system reads and writes to the same place your team already works. Nobody logs into a second thing and nobody copies information across.

What it removes is the part of their day nobody enjoys — the phone that rings mid-job, the follow-up nobody got round to, retyping the same details into a third screen. It doesn't do judgement, it doesn't build relationships and it doesn't handle the awkward calls. If you're a team of one, it mostly means you stop losing work while you're busy doing work.

You don't have to know — that's what the questions at the start are for. Answer six short ones and we'll tell you honestly which one fits, including if the answer is "none yet, go and do the free training first". If you'd rather just explain it out loud to a person, book a call instead.
